Delivery & Refund Policy

We collect personally identifiable information about you only if you voluntarily provide it to us when you register yourself on the Site, or when you submit a request for Healthspottr services on the Site, such as a Premium Members subscription. Such personally identifiable information may include your contacts and billing information, including your personal credit card information. Your credit card information will only be divulged to your issuing credit card company or bank, and will not be kept on file by Healthspottr Media, LLC.

Upon completing your premium subscription purchase, you will receive an email from Healthspottr confirming your order. The confirmation will include a link to the Healthspottr Premium Members login page, where you may access the members area of Healthspottr.com with your new user name and password. Your subscription is good for twelve months from the date of purchase. You will receive a renewal reminder, by email, in the eleventh month of your subscription term.

If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we invite you to make a written refund request to Healthspottr Media, LLC. Refunds will be pro-rated to the unused months in your twelve-month subscription. Please direct all other enquiries to editor@healthspottr.com
